Book summary:
It’s been months since Vincent and Georgia rescued children from Adelaide. The two are still staying with Leo, Vincent’s great-uncle and Georgia’s grandfather. Since Vincent ended up being an Artist, his parents are letting him train with Leo and Georgia’s parents.
Soon, Georgia begins to think that all her parents care about is Vincent, and his Gift, one that hasn’t been seen for decades. Everything he does seems perfect to Georgia. And every perfect thing he does sets her off like a rocket.
On a training mission together one day, the two are separated, and it seems that Vincent has turned to Adelaide for help with headaches that have been bothering him constantly.
Against her will, Georgia is forced to work with Vincent to steal a painting that neither of them wants to steal. Can the two work together in harmony with their Gifts to save their families again?

Thoughts: Just like the first book, this book is really good. I like how the character telling the story changes from Vincent in the first book, to Georgia in the second book. I’m excited to read the third one from Ravi’s (another character) perspective.
