Book summary:
Seren Rhys is an orphan. She goes to live with the Jones family and their son Tomos, but when she gets to their home in Wales, she discovers that Mr. and Mrs. Jones are in London, and no one will talk about Tomos. Seren soon discovers that he has been taken by Them.
Seren discovers a clockwork crow who claims that he was enchanted from a prince into a crow by a witch.
Together, Seren and the Crow explore the Jones’s house and try to find out what happened to Tomos, and where They took him. Can the two find him before They take Seren too?

Thoughts: This book is stuffed with Welsh myth. Hardly any of the books I read have that kind of stuff in them, so I was super happy when I read this one. Also, I really love the name Seren. It means “star” in Welsh. I think that is really pretty! ✨
